Our trade finance products
Receivables Finance
Extended payment terms
Supply chain finance
Generate cash-flow from the true sale or assignment of receivables from a corporate’s balance sheet. This can take the form of receivables backed loans or other structures that generate liquidity using a company’s receivables assets as collateral.
Often referred to as buy now, pay later or distribution finance. This product allows for payment terms to be extended, supporting competitive pricing advantages for suppliers as well as cash flow improvement for the buy side customer.
Typically a single corporate credit risk of the buyer of goods or services, where their suppliers have sold their approved invoices in order to be paid sooner than the payment terms of their trade contracts.
Inventory finance
Contracted cash flow monetisation
The funding of inventory, either for short term warehouse purposes or by using inventory as security for a corporate loan.
Funding of contracted cash flows such as power purchase agreements, cash advancements backed by manufacturing contracts or delivered goods and services with extended repayment terms.
Real estate cash flow
Loan contracts where payment terms are fixed over a set period, including capex repayment facilities with hard assets as security.
